Directly from the property you can enter an extensive trail system for backcountry skiing, hiking and mountain biking with access to the National Forest, the "Burro Trail" system. You can even hike,bike or back-country ski to Francie's Cabin, Crystal and Mohawk Lakes and the ski area! The mountains at your doorstep!

FLOORPLAN
The home completed an extensive year+ rebuild and addition that was completed towards the end of 2006. The primary bedroom and bathroom suite are grand in scale with vaulted and beamed ceilings, huge mountain views from the bathroom, custom stone and tilework, large steam shower, Bain Ultra spa tub. Two further bedrooms are on the upper floor with a stone-countered double sink bathroom. An additional guest suite is located on the main floor with direct access to the hot tub deck and gas firepit patio. The lower floor offers a hand crafted knotty alder wainscoted games room complete with full-sized poole table and media room with custom sound system. The main living space features open floorplan design with vaulted, beamed ceilings with barnwood that came from an old barn in Utah.

Mountain views, landscaped gardens and pond feature and just minutes walk to the Blue River. There is even a new trail to walk to town. Privacy and feeling like you are truly in the mountains yet such a short distance from Breckenridge. A gem of a lot!
